We are committed to providing the best quality boots to our customers. If you are in anyway unhappy with your boots, please follow the steps below to arrange a refund or exchange.
Please note: Exchanges and returns are FREE for all USA and UK located customers. Customers located in Europe do not qualify for free exchanges and returns and will be required to pay for the return shipping to our UK warehouse.
Contact us and ask for a return/exchange request form. The form must be filled in correctly and emailed to Ozalia Australia within 30 days of receiving your order.
Upon receiving your correctly filled in return/exchange request form, we will email you a printable return shipping label and a return address to send the boots to (including all original packaging).
After your boots have been received by us, one of our returns staff will process your return or exchange within 7 days.
Please note: all products being returned for a refund or exchange must be in as new condition. Including; all original tags must be on boots, boots must be unworn, boots must be in original packaging and box. It's ok to try them on for size, but they must be in as new condition.
3 Month Warranty
Ozalia boots are supplied with a 3 month manufacturer's warranty . We do not cover wear and tear or faults derived from the improper use of your boots. For this reason we encourage you to read our how to clean your boots guide in order to ensure you prolong the life of your Ozalia boots.
Ozalia sheepskin boots come pre-treated with Water + Stain Resistant Tech. It's important to understand that these boots are not water proof and should not be worn in the rain or exposed to excess amounts of water. As a result, warranty does not cover water or stain damage. Please see our Water + Stain Resistant Tech page for further info.
Exchanges For Sizing
If your boots are not the correct fit, we are happy to exchange for the correct size as long as they are returned in as new condition (See the steps above). Please keep in mind that Ozalia boots will adjust to meet the unique shape of your feet so if your boots are only snug (and not hurting) they will loosen up with wear.
How Much Will I Be Refunded?
Providing you have met the terms described above we will provide a full refund. Refunds will be credited to the same payment source as the initial payment was made.
Refunds will be given when our warehouse confirms receipt of your boots and that they are in as new condition.
